There are now multiple crises in South Sudan: refugees fleeing Khartoum’s aerial assault on civilians in South Kordofan and Blue Nile, Abyei, and deepening ethnic conflict throughout the South.  Humanitarian assistance becomes increasingly difficult and inadequate.
