PHOTOGRAPHS OF TEAM ZAMZAM IN ACTION: NOVEMBER 4, 2025

Psychosocial counseling for girls and women traumatized by sexual assault remains a priority for Team Zamzam; but as famine takes ever deeper hold in North Darfur, providing food—especially to acutely malnourished children—commands a greater and greater commitment of our limited resources. Details of the past month’s activities will be forthcoming shortly (I have been quite ill and Gaffar has suffered a great personal loss). Regular readers of the monthly reports on Project Zamzam, originating with the Team’s counselors, will know that they are quite detailed and revealing,

For now, below are very recent photographs giving some sense of what the Team has been doing. Notably, Team Zamzam has attracted a growing number of volunteers, including men and boys. I believe this integration within a communal project is a very good thing.
