President Omar al-Bashir making his worldly rounds (2016), despite being indicted by the ICC for genocide and crimes against humanity.  Here, in Egypt, he stands next to former U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, responsible for so many terrible decisions about Sudan policy on the part of the Obama administration (both men are circled in red toward the left side of the photograph).  Al-Bashir will soon be off to Indonesia (March 2016), another country that has no problem inviting and hosting a génocidaire.
