THE VANGUARD GROUP DIVESTS FROM LARGE TALISMAN POSITION

Another one of the original “Talisman Shareholding ‘Dirty Dozen'” unloads!

They huffed and they puffed; they spat out some disingenuous nonsense about Talisman Energy’s participation in Sudan’s Greater Nile project. But in the end, the very prominent Vanguard Group dumped all its Talisman shares!

When a major shareholder comes under focussed divestment pressure, and subsequently sells 100% of the shareholding (especially in light of the positive numbers TLM keeps posting), we spell that D-I-V-E-S-T-M-E-N-T. The burden is on Vanguard to show that such a sale is not divestment!
